The Newera Self Supporting Range consists of a suite of aluminium extrusions clad in PVCu and aluminium and features the S150 and S250 systems (the 50 series) and provides a choice of spans with a wide variety of uses. A comprehensive list of parts ensures that any conservatory roof which can be structurally drawn can be constructed.  The system now includes options for a full powder coated aluminium finish and a PVCu capped finish as well as the well proven traditional combination Newdawn roof.

Products are supplied in a range of colours and finishes;

PVCu colours; Warm white (RAL 9010) Brown (RAL 8017)

High [Blue] White (RAL DA268E ) Light Oak (8003)

Woodgrain foil; Mahogany, Rosewood, Light Oak.   

Mill aluminium (for powder coating) 

Aluminium caps can be supplied in solid colours or foiled as above.

Any RAL colour coating can be applied to both aluminium and PVCu products to order.

Products are supplied in three forms;

Fabricator Packs – Supplied in convenient boxed quantities which are ideal for racking and contain all the parts ready to be cut to length.

Component Packs – For the volume users they consist of bulk quantities of the most popular items.  Each pack contains a single component and may require mechanical handling to   offload.

Resale Packs – The easy way to stock Newdawn products, all the parts for the most popular products in a handy plastic tube, ideal for trade counters and complete with full instructions in every pack.

Products are listed in three categories;

S150 System Products – for use on all standard domestic size roofs including Victorians, Edwardians and combination shapes. Also suitable for lean-tos, for full spanning details see our design guides

S250 System Products  - used for larger sized roofs and commercial applications it is suitable for  ridged designs, Victorians, Edwardians and combinations as well as and Lean to designs.
