Our precision engineered, self-supporting range of aluminium main beams features four different strengths - S150, S200, S300 and S500, providing a range suitable for a wide number of applications. Using a comprehensive list of beams, ridges, gutters and accessories, any roof, which is mathematically possible, can be constructed. The main external components are finished in powder coated aluminium built to outlast the longevity of the conservatory.

S150
Ideal for domestic roofs requiring a ridge. eg. Victorian/ Edwardian 3 - 4 m spans across the ridge. It can be used for small lean to spans, restricted to 2.5m at 600mm centres.

S200
For larger sized roofs, Victorian / Edwardian, spanning 4m+ across the ridge. For a typical domestic lean-to upto 3.5m, with a restriction to 3.6m at 600mm centres.

S300
Designed for larger ridged roofs supporting glass unit installations, and larger domestic lean-to spans of 4m, restricted to 4.2m at 600mm centres.

S500
Specifically for very large lean- to spans of between 4.4m and 4.7m. With a very strong load bearing. Not recommended for ridged roofs.

Resale packs - Ring beam, gutter & accessories (pre fix D)
A complete handy solution with a complete aluminium glazing beam, all glazing plastics, cast aluminium end caps, self tapping screws for both timber and metal and full fitting instructions supplied in one poly tube. Supplied in optimal spanning lengths for minimal waste and easy transportation. A fast and easy to pick solution for any trade counter.

Available for: S150, S200, S300 and S500

Fabricator packs (pre fix S)
Plastic and aluminium top caps for the glazing beams sold separately in long lengths for ease of cutting to size and reduced wastage. Mostly available in two or more lengths.

Component packs (pre fix C)
Separate components packaged in larger quantities ideal for the volume user of fast moving lines.

Aluminium products are supplied in banded timber frames and will require unloading equipment.

Plastic products are supplied in single polythene tubes with cardboard outer.
