Sunbrite-Sola

Our flagship product uses state of the art technology offering a dual action self cleaning face that is guaranteed to outperform the life of the glass. The ice blue tint and solar reflective features on the outer pane keep it cool inside, giving protection to furnishings and finishings. The inner leaf is an industry leading insulating glass. Argon gas is used to fill the cavity so comfort levels are optimised and also give improved warmth and sound insulation, bringing the 'U Value' down to an industry leading 1.1W/m2K. The perfect combination, keeping the heat in during the winter and out during the summer.

SUNPOLY from NEWDAWN
(Polycarbonate Glazing)

SunPoly is a lightweight polycarbonate sheet, easy to transport, handle and install. it is virtually unbreakable and has outstanding impact performance over a wide temperature range and prolonged outdoor exposure. It is 200 times stronger than glass and is approved under BBA Certificate No 04/4135 which indicates an expected life of at least 25 years. The 25mm and 35mm products are recommended for all Newdawn roofing systems.

The fluted structure provides the sheet with an air-insulating gap which achieves a U value of 1.3 Wm2K for 35mm providing excellent thermal insulation.  The span capabilities are excellent and vary with the thickness of the sheet being used.

It offers excellent aesthetic, optical and insulating properties from clear, giving 55% solar transmission through bronze, opal and combinations for improved privacy down to combinations Bronze/|Opal and Silver/Opal (diffuse) at just 8%.

The fire performance is outstanding; tests under BS4767 achieve a Class 1 surface and can be regarded as having an AA rating. Polycarbonate makes almost no contribution to the growth of a fire by spreading the flames.

The sheets are UV-protected by co-extrusion, giving excellent durability to outdoor weathering and come with protective film to peel away once installed.
